JAMMU, Feb 9: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by YV Sharma, former President of Chamber of Commerce and Advocate Baldev Singh against the problems being faced by public because of exorbitant air fares being charged by the different airlines, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today granted last two weeks to the Union of India for filing reply.
Senior Advocate BS Salathia with Advocate Meenakshi Salathia appeared for the PIL whereas ASGI Sindu Sharma appeared for the Union of India.
