Expressing gratitude for making the inaugural day a blissful occasion, Chairman LAHDC, Rigzin Spalbar said, “We have always made our best efforts to diligently follow the teaching and preaching of late Bakula Rinpoche while remembering his unprecedented contributions towards entire Ladakh.”
