CTEA takes up demands with Commercial Taxes Commissioner

JAMMU, July 12: A delegation of J&K Commercial Taxes (Non-Gazetted) Employees Association led by its State president, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, discussed various issues concerning employees with Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, M Raju at Excise and Taxation Complex Jammu.
The issues that came up for discussion include reorganization and creation of different posts under GST regime which is necessary for smooth functioning of Department, removal of stagnation of the employees, pay disparity/anomalies of executive Cadre which is under consideration before the Pay Anomaly Committee and timely convening of DPCs.
The Commissioner gave patient hearing to the employees and assured his full cooperation for timely redressal of their issues.
The Association also appealed the concern authorities of Finance Department for consideration and favorable recommendations in favour of the employees of Commercial Taxes Department before the Government for timely redressal of their genuine issues which were duly recommended by the Authorities (HOD) of Commercial Taxes & Excise Department to the Government through Finance Department.
