JAMMU, May 3: Judicial Magistrate RS Pura today granted six days police remand of National Conference leader and former MLA from RS Pura, Gagan Bhagat, who was arrested by the police yesterday.
Meanwhile, in an application filed by Gagan Bhagat, Municipal Magistrate Jammu has directed the police to produce CD file tomorrow.
Gagan Bhagat was arrested by the police in FIR No 66/2019 registered on the basis of complaint lodged by Sarpanch Seema Kumari in RS Pura three days back after both had entered into heated exchanges on the issue of installation of electric transformer in the village.
