JAMMU, Nov 7: Special Judge NIA Y P Kotwal today extended judicial remand of Mohd Naved alias Usman of Pakistan and three other persons, who were involved in Udhampur terror attack.
After perusal of the application and CD file, Special Judge observed, “investigation of the case is in progress and some of the accused persons involved in the case are still absconding”, adding “keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, stage of the investigation and the nature of offences, this application is allowed and all the four accused are remanded to judicial custody for a further period of another 14 days from today”.
