SRINAGAR, July 30: 4th Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar Kamlesh Pandita has rejected the bail application of Dawood Ahmad Azad, son of Humayoun Azad of Srinagar, who was booked for cheating Haj pilgrims.
After hearing both the sides, court observed, “the allegations against the accused person are that he being the Manager of the Indo Sahab Travel Services enticed and allured innocent aspirants for Haj pilgrimage of their hard earned money and also played with their religious feelings, along with other co-accused persons”.
