JAMMU, Oct 3: Fast Tack Court today rejected the bail application of Kapil Dhar, who was booked by the police in rape and fraud case.
After hearing APP Rakesh Badyal, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Y P Kotwal observed, “the case registered against the accused is very heinous and moreover the investigation is at initial stage and of the accused is released on bail at this stage the same will have deleterious effect on the minds of general public and thwart the cause of justice”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
