JAMMU, June 15: Councillor Ritu Choudhary dedicated newly installed power line to public of Ward-7, here today.
While speaking on the occasion, the Councillor said that it was long pending demand of locals which was fulfilled with the help of department concerned, Power Development Department (PDD).
She further said that the old line was not able to bear the power load of the households, due to which it had to be replaced with new ones, so that the residents of the said ward can take the benefit of uninterrupted power supply in this scorching heat.
The Councillor also appealed the general public not to wander out of their houses unnecessarily as COVID-19 cases are on the rise again.
