JAMMU, Apr 30: A cop shot himself dead inside a barrack of a police station here today.
As per police sources, a cop shot himself dead inside a barrack of Police Station Arnia.
The deceased was identified as Pankaj Verma, a resident of Pasgal, Arnia District Jammu. He was posted in Police Station Arnia as constable.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for completion of medical and legal formalities.
Arnia Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
