Anantnag, Apr 8: Grilling Congress over its failure in the whole country, PDP leader and Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali said that people should never board sinking boat of Congress which is facing leadership crises in the country.
Addressing gathering at Achabal, Shangus area of Anantnag, Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali said that Congress is a leaderless party and the party itself is facing internal crises. He said that those who have themselves in chaos and tension cannot help the people to come out from miseries.
After suffering a rout in the recent Assembly elections in many states particularly UP, Congress is in deep shock and they are facing internal leadership crises in party as brand Rahul has completely failed to work in the elections’, Zulfkar said, adding that people should understand how a party which is facing such a crises, can help them in any way to come out from miseries and resolve their problems.
PDP leader also targeted Congress over weak foreign policy and said that Congress failed to attain any major progress in the domain of foreign policy which is underlined by the fact that ties with important nations were remained where they were ten years back.
Terming Congress a sinking boat, Minister said that the party has neither vision nor any leader to lead the country or state so people should not board the sinking boat. He said that NC and Congress both are the past and PDP is the future of the State. He requested the people to come forward and support Tasadduq Mufti if they favour peace and dignity for people. He said that people should not go with the parties which are famous for scandals and favouraitism.
On the occasion, Vice Chairman of Khadi and Village Board and PDP leader Peerzada Mansoor also criticized Congress for its wrong deeds. He said that Congress and NC have ruined the State and people should not support such parties which have already been tested by the people.
