JAMMU, Oct 31: Annual congregation of Akhil Bharatiya Bangwathia Mahajan Biradari is being held on November 2 at Malpur Dumi, Akhnoor.
Hawan will be performed at 7 am followed by bhandara from 1 pm onwards.
All the biradari members are requested to participate in the congregation to seek the blessings of deity.
Annual congregation of Anand Biradari is being held at dev sthan Sarore on November 2. Hawan will start at 9 am followed by bhandara. All the biradari members have been requested to participate in the congregation and seek blessings of Mata Satyawati Devi.
Annual congregation of All India Barkulia Biradari is being held on November 6, 2014, at Dati Mandir, Birpur (Jammu).
In a meeting of Biradari under its president Sita Ram Sharma, all arrangements for holding congregation were finalized and Biradari members appealed to participate along with families to seek blessings of Dati Maa.
Biradari would also honour meritorious students who have brought over 85% marks in 12th and 10th classes exams held by CBSE and BOSE. Names of such students with marks sheets should reach the Biradari committee at Birpur Mandir by November 3.
All Jammu and Kashmir Baru Biradari congregation is going to be held on November 3, 2014, at Khoo Talab, Suchani. All members of Baru Biradari are requested to join the mail with families and have th4e blessings of Sujawati Ji (Datti Ji).
The congregation of Sumbria Biradari will be held on November 6, 2014, at Garhi Qila Sumarta in tehsil Billawar of Kathua district, under the aegis of Sumbria Welfare Association. The rituals will start with holding Hawan and Poojan from 10 am to 11 am, Bhajan and Kirtan from 11 am to 12 Noon and community affairs would be discussed in a meeting which would be held from 12 Noon to 1:30 pm. These would be followed by Preeti Bhoj. All Biradari members have been requested to participate with families and seek blessings of the deity.
