NEW DELHI: The Congress today reiterated its support to any party on the conditions of forming a secular Government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Talking to media here, AICC General secretary Ambika Soni said the Congress was ready to support any party which was willing to form a secular government in Jammu and Kashmir. “We do not have the mandate to form a government. However, after the results were announced, leaders of state Congress Ghulam Nabi Azad and Saifuddin Soz, both individually and publicly, offered support of the party’s 12 MLAs to any party who will make efforts to make a secular government in the state,” Ms Soni said.
