Cong motto is equal distribution of resources, development: Bhalla

JAMMU, Nov 20: “Equal distribution of resources and development in all the three regions  of Jammu and Kashmir is the motto of the Congress party and we are fighting elections to win and  will form the next Government in the State”.
This was asserted by Minister for Horticulture, Culture and Congress candidate Raman Bhalla,  while addressing series of public meetings in Rajeev Nagar, Kunjwani, Chatha Mill, Nai Basti, Shahbad Colony and Trikuta Nagar areas of Gandhi Nagar constituency.
“We have to stand up and make all out efforts to strengthen the relationship among the people  under the banner of the Congress which has proved to be a trusted cementing force between  communities, regions and religions”, Mr Bhalla added.
Minister stated that Congress believes in peace, prosperity, secularism, inclusiveness, communal harmony and justice for all and it is seeking the people’s mandate on development planks.
He added that Congress party leaders were successful in raking up important issues related to  down trodden people especially Below Poverty Line (BPL) families and all these issues will be  settled on priority basis after the formation of the next Government in the State led by Congress.
“Some of the regional parties are exploiting the poor people and down trodden sections of the society”, Minister stated and termed these political parties as dream sellers and hollow slogan  mongers as the leaders of these parties just appear during electioneering.
He said that the development activities had taken place in the constituency due to positive  approach, sincerity and dedication of the Congress party towards the people.
Minister added that development is his only agenda and people must judge his performance on  ground and support him for another stint so that the overall development tempo continues in  Gandhi Nagar constituency.
The meetings were also addressed by Kuldeep Chib, Sarpanch Amrit Bali, Sarpanch Vishal Charak, Ex-Corporator Pawan Singh, Ex-Corporator Kulbhushan Sharma, Ex-Corporator Kamal Singh, Ex-Corporator Satish Sharma, Ex-Corporator Shubh Chander Verma, Nasir and Rashpal Sharma.
