JAMMU, Dec 26: Convener PCC Migrant Cell, Ghulam Qadir Bhat has questioned the return formula for Kashmiri migrants to Valley.
In a statement issued here, today he ridiculed the statement of cine star Anupam Kher in this regard and said that situation is not conducive for return of migrants to Valley. He said the militants are still active in Valley and they are making security forces their direct target under these circumstances how the displaced people can feel secure in the Valley on their return.
Mr Bhat said that the people coming from outside the State asking Pandits to return to Valley should themselves live for some period in Kashmir and watch the ground situation there which is in no way conducive for return of migrants.
He said the people who migrated from Valley have been forced to flee from there on gun point and they crave for return but the Government should first work for making situation conducive for that.
Bhat wanted to know how many people from Valley have approached the Government that they are for return of migrants back to Valley.
