Cong emerging more stronger: Saroori

KISHTWAR, May 13: Describing Congress party as an instrument of service to the people and having always worked for upliftment and well being of the people keeping aside their caste, colour, region or religion, PCC vice president and MLA Inderwal GM Saroori today said that Congress party is emerging stronger in the region.
Addressing a large Pradesh Youth Congress rally under the leadership of Pranav Shagotra (president) here today, Mr Saroori said that Congress party has always been desirous to take everyone on board with regard to equal development of all the three regions of the State and people. It has determination to address issues confronting people. The party alone has delivered enough and has the commitment and conviction to make the State a progressive developing and bring it at par with other states of the country.
While elaborating the MLA said that graph of the BJP-PDP Government has decreased drastically and the people are looking towards Congress with a great hope. The people in the State have realised in the shortest time that BJP did nothing except dividing the people and there is nothing for them on the ground except false promises and hollow slogans. There had been no results on any front and the condition in the State had gone from bad to worse. He exhorted the party workers to remain steadfast in serving the people.
Addressing the gathering PYC president Pranav Shagotra said that it was a matter of enormous pleasure for all in the Congress and Youth Congress rank and file that party cadres, whether in power or out of power, remained dedicated to the cause about serving the masses and fight against discrimination, of every nature in the system against the people.
Mr Shagotra said that party workers had been in opposition and in power also, but in whatever circumstances, they remain dedicated to their cause for the fact they believed that they were meant for serving the society not self. He said that Youth Congress is vibrant force in all the three regions of the State and had the will to take everyone on the board with regard to development of the State and fight against injustice.
