SRINAGAR, June 18: To provide a world-class scientific programme and to reflect the unique role of the National and International Societies’ efforts to advance renal care in both the developed and the developing world, Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura Srinagar is going to host three days long 17th Annual Conference of North Zone Chapter of Indian Society of Nephrology.
Organizing committee of the conference informed the conference will deliberate on critical topics such as infections of the urinary tract, kidney transplantation, acute and chronic kidney diseases, prevention of various kidney diseases, glomerulopathies, nutrition and chronic renal failure. Besides, deliberations will be held on the preventive nephrology.
Medical experts participating in the event will share their perspectives and deliberate on new advances in related field which is critical to remain abreast with latest developments in the field.
Director SKIMS Dr Showkat Ahmad Zargar has complimented the Department of Nephrology for hosting the conference.
The conference will be attended by more than 100 delegates from the country and abroad and will deliver lectures and share experiences on various aspects of kidney diseases.
