JAMMU, May 21: Akhil Bhartiya Safai Mazdoor Sangh (ABSMS) urged the Government to conduct Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) at the earliest.
A meeting of ABSMS leadership was held under the leadership of its State president Dev Anand Gill. The members stated that the previours NC-Congress Government neglected the genuine demands of the employees and pensioners.
The speakers stated that daily wagers’ pending demands of regularization and review of minimum wages remained unattended and should be redressed by the present Government.
Among others present were Mangat Ram, Shanker, Hardev Amar, Moman, Yash Pal Bhagat, Ram Sheil, Balraj, Neelu, Bawa, Bagi, Anwar, Raju, Sushil Gill and Zindi.
