Computer shop seized for preparing fake income certificate

POONCH, July 9: A computer shop in Mandi was seized here today for making fake income certificate, which was used to get bank loan.

Executive Magistrate Ist Class, Tehsildar Mandi, Ashfaq Hussain seized the shop, owned and run by Imtiaz Ahmed.

Official sources said that the department had kept vigil eye on the shopkeeper who was allegedly preparing fake documents, mainly income certificate. After getting information from J&K Bank that document in scanning application was mentioning the name of another person, which was verified later, Tehsildar Mandi seized the shop.
