JAMMU, May 15: Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhi Nagar, today started a short term computer course of 15 days for teaching as well as non-teaching staff of the college.
The course is aimed at making the faculty computer savvy which is essential requirement of the hour.
Dr Kiran Bakshi, Principal of the College, was the chief guest on the occasion, who while speaking considered it as a great step towards computer literacy which is the urgent need of the present society.
Around 40 staff members (both teaching and non-teaching) participated and availed the opportunity provided by the College.
