Complaint against Cong for violating election code

RAJOURI, Mar 15: The PDP has filed a complaint with the State Election authorities against Congress for violating election code and misusing Government Dak Bungalow at Rajouri for public meetings on March 14.
A formal complaint in this regard was filed by the local PDP leader Tazeem Dar  before the nodal officer,  Farooq Shah (Regional Director Survey and Land Records, Pir Panjal),  alleging that visiting top Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad and Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz met several political groups at Govt Dak Bungalow at Rajouri and held meetings on Friday.
The nodal officer received the complaint and forwarded it to the State Election authorities.  Mr Shah when contacted confirmed that a formal complaint in this regard has been received from PDP and forwarded to the Chief Electoral Officer, J&K for action.
