JAMMU, Jan 25: Campus placement drive was held in the Community College, Central University of Jammu by Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd, a leading Insurance Company.
In the placement drive, students from B Voc. Banking and Financial Services got placed at an attractive package. Campus placement was held for the post of Business Development Executive and Development Officer in the Insurance Company.
The drive was initiated by the Community College and the TPO Office Central University of Jammu. Commencing operations in 2006 as India’s first Standalone Health Insurance provider, Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd is providing sterling services in Health, Personal Accident and Overseas Travel Insurance etc. Star Health has excellent products to cater everybody, be it individuals, families or corporate houses.
The process was held under the patronage of Prof Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu, who appreciated the efforts of the TPO and the College for conducting the drive successfully and congratulated the students for their placement in the leading company.
Principal Community College Prof Jaya Bhasin, Nodal Officer, Community College, Dr Shahid Mushtaq along with Programme Coordinators Dr Neelika Arora , Dr Gowhar Rasool and Asif Ali coordinated the entire team on behalf of the College followed a brief interactive session with learners. Dr Shahid Mushtaq and Viraj Magotra, TPO coordinated the entire event under the supervision of Principal, Community College.
