JAMMU, Dec 9: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today constituted a committee for deciding mechanism of outsourcing of the identified assets of the Tourism Department, in a phased manner.
The committee, headed by Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Finance Department, shall select the properties from the identified list to be outsources besides identifying the model for each property of group of assets for outsourcing.
It shall fix the minimum bid amount for each property to be outsources and approve the time period for outsourcing the selected properties.
Members of the committee, include Financial Commissioner (Addl Chief Secretary) Health & Medical Education Department; Principal Secretary, PW(R&B) Department; Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department; Administrative Secretary, Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Department and Advisor/PPP expert to be nominated by the NITI Aayog.
