Committee constituted for scrutinizing RCFCE Rules

JAMMU, Sept 22: Government today accorded sanction to constitution of a committee to scrutinize the Jammu and Kashmir Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RCFCE) Rules 2020 for financial and other implications to ensure that the requirements of J&K are appropriately taken care of.
“While Commissioner/Secretary General Administration Department will be chairman of the committee, Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Commissioner/Secretary Tourism Department and a representative of Finance Department (Not below the rank of Additional Secretary) shall be the members of the committee,” said a Government order issued today.
As per the order, the committee shall submit its report within a period of 15 days.
