JAMMU, July 2: Member Legislative Council, Vikram Randhawa, today said that he is committed for the upliftment of Jat community.
Addressing an impressive function organized today by All J&K Jat Sabha at its headquarter in RS Pura area, under the presidentship of Ch Piara Singh, the MLC said, “I will work for the upliftment of the Jat community not as a member of the Upper House but as a member of the community”.
Randhawa said that he will leave no stone unturned to mitigate and highlight the problems of the Jat community. He urged upon the youth of the community to come forward and get unite for the upliftment of the community as youth can bring change.
“I am ready to give last drop of blood from my body for the upliftment of the Jat biradari” Randhawa maintained.
On the occasion, All J&K Jat Sabha also honoured various civil and police officers.
Others dignitaries present on the occasion were Tirlok Singh Bajwa (Ex MP), Manjit Singh and Ch Garu Ram (both ex-ministers), STS Toni, Ch Jagar Singh, Ch Jeet Raj, Darshan Choudhary, Dwarika Choudhary, Rashpal Choudhary, Kamal Randhawa, Sonam Deep Singh and Dev Choudhary.
