JAMMU, Nov 17: Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, today expressed grief over the death of Army Commanding Officer, Col. Santosh Madhok, in a gunfight at Manigah, in northern district of Kupwara.
In his message, Mufti Sayeed conveyed his heart-felt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
