JAMMU, Feb 3: A class 8th student, namely Aamir Hussain son of Mohd Amin Manhas of Dhalwa Gool Ramban, presently putting up at Gujjar Nagar Jammu, was allegedly kidnapped by a servant of the neighbour.
According to Police, one Yasir (24) son of Chiru Bakerwal of Poni Park Reasi, allegedly kidnapped 14-year old Aamir on January 27, when the latter had gone for tuition in the city.
Yasir was working as domestic servant in a neighbouring family and developed friendship with Aamir before kidnapping him for the unknown reasons. The duo was not possessing any mobile phone and had not contacted their respective families since January 27.
On the complaint of family members of Aamir, a case under relevant sections has been registered in this regard at Police Station Peer Mitha.
