JAMMU, June 11: Officers Association of The Citizens Cooperative Bank Jammu met with Chairman Board of Administrators of CCBL Jammu, Dr Arun Manhas and apprised him about the grievances of the staff of the bank.
Officer Association also discussed the health of the institution in length and breadth and suggested some measures to improve the financial health of the bank.
The Association also appealed to the authorities to take effective steps for pending disposal of the issue of share capital which was taken up in the year 2016 with the Government for subscribing of Share capital amounting Rs 19.00 crores in which Rs 10.00 crores was proposed for The Citizens Cooperative Bank Ltd Jammu.
Dr Arun Manhas gave patient hearing to the Association and assured the early redressal of the grievances of the staff of the bank . He further said that the bank is in continue touch with the authorities for the share capital issue and hoped that the Government would take positive note of that.
He also gave credit to the employees of the bank for marking marginal profit in the last quarter of the financial year. “If employees of the bank will work hard ,the bank can touch new heights,” he added.
Among other who were present on the occasion, included president of the Association, Anil Khajuria, Rachhpal Choudhary Gen Sec, Sanjeev Kumar, Shakti Dutt Sharma, Sonal Mehta and Sangeet Mishra.
