Srinagar, June 2: A China-based Kashmiri entrepreneur has developed a unique application that will not only help them with basics like prayer time and access to Holy Quran but also help find location of Mosques and restaurants serving Halal food.
The application was launched by Beijing-based Mir Mubasher Hameedi  in Beijing today. The App helps to balance life and faith of a Muslim with ease and without compromise.
“For the fasting month of Ramadan, it is indispensable. With True Muslim App, you can easily keep track of Iftar (fast breaking) and Sehar (predawn meal) times, recite or listen to holy Quran at your convenience, or find mosques or halal food in your vicinity,” he said in a statement.
Hameedi said that the App is the world’s first free comprehensive Islamic App for android with a ‘no ads policy’. The App allows users free and unlimited access to all its Islamic features.
He said the small size of the App also makes it easy for everyone to use. Listing the feature of the App, he said users can access the holy Quran with audio and translations in 20 languages, Azaan alarms, customizable Islamic greeting cards, on-demand 18 global Islamic FM stations/Quran radio, Islamic wallpapers, Islamic (Hijri) calendar, Qibla compass and a host of other features available in one place.
