UDHAMPUR, Dec 17: Two children were injured when an unidentified vehicle hit them on Ramnagar Road in village Ritti, last night.
The injured were identified as Deepak Kumar (12), son of Som Raj and Sanjay Singh (15), son of Kalli Dass, both resident of Chai Ritti. They were rushed to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred Sanjay Singh to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of his serious condition.
The duo was crossing road when the vehicle hit them. Police has registered a case but there was no clue of the vehicle, which hit the children resulting into serious injuries to them.
