JAMMU, Nov 18: A two years child died today due to drowning in the water tank of her home, at Barnai area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, the victim identified as Vineeta daughter of Kishan, a resident of Barnai, allegedly died today, as he fell into the water tank at her home.
The dead body has been shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for post mortem.
A case in this regard has been registered at police station Domana and investigations started.
