JAMMU, Nov 21: Launching a scathing attack on present MLA, Congress contesting candidate from Suchetgarh Constituency, RS Chib said that present MLA always ignored the problems of SC, ST, OBCs and also unemployed youth of the area.
Addressing a series of public meetings at villages Choga, Abdullian, Chandu Chak, Lian, Bega in Suchetgarh Constituency, Chib said present MLA of Suchetgarh constituency has paid no attention towards the difficulties and sufferings faced by public of the constituency.
Instead inconvenience has been caused to the public by shifting of newly created administrative units like Tehsil HQs and Block HQs for Suchetgarh constituency to the native village of the present MLA, he said, adding if he is voted as MLA the same will be shifted to some suitable place at RS Pura to mitigate the suffering and inconvenience of the people living along the border.
Chib said in his tenure as an MLC, he took up many projects like setting up of Sub District Hospitals, establishment of several primary health centres, construction of park at RS Pura, construction of Bana Singh Sports stadium and several play fields at different villages and opening of ITI at RS Pura.
He said if he would have been an MLA he would have contributed more in development of the constituency. He assured the public if he is elected MLA of the constituency, he would leave no stone unturned to resolve the problems of the people particularly for border dwellers.
