JAMMU, Nov 18: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu RS Jain today framed charges against Surinder Kampani, Radha Devi, Tajeswar, Rajinder Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and Pooja Devi in the much publicized illegal abortion case of Akhnoor.
After going through the case, Principal Sessions Judge observed, “looking to the allegations and the investigation carried out by the police, prima facie case under Sections 34/ 419/ 420 /312/315 RPC/ Section 4 of J&K Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act has been made out against the accused persons”.
