SAMBA, Nov 20: District Police Samba today produced challan in the court of law against a man accused of kidnapping and molestation of a minor girl student.
The arrested accused against whom chargesheet has been filed in the court of law in case FIR Number 217/2023 U/S 363, 376 IPC, 4 POCSO Act is Balbir Singh son of Karan Singh, resident of Mohar Garh (at present Chilla Danga, Samba).
The accused is presently lodged in District Jail Kathua on judicial custody. The challan has been produced by the police in the Principal Sessions Court Samba for judicial determination.
The investigation of the case was conducted by a police team comprising of SHO Police Station Samba Inspector Daljeet Singh and PSI Shakti Singh under the supervision of Deputy SP Garu Ram and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
