JAMMU, June 6: Central Bureau of Investigation has produced charge-sheet against Mohd Khursheed Ansari, JE(E/M) in the office of Garrison Engineer (U) in a trap case.
According to the CBI case, one Kuldeep Kumar, a daily wager engaged by the Military Engineering Services (MES) and earns just Rs 10,000 a month was being deprived of Rs 4000 every month by one Ansari, who is a Junior Engineer.
Accordingly, on the basis of a complaint a trap was laid and JE was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe money.
The CBI after completion of the investigation presented challan in the Court of Special Judge CBI Jammu.
