Srinagar, Jan 28: Four cattle have been charred to death when fire engulfed two cowsheds in fire incidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said fire broke out in the cowshed of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Parray son of Abdul Khaliq of Putushahie Bandipora, in which the four cattle were charred to death.
In a similar incident the cowshed of Ghulam Ahmad Kuchay son of Ghulam Qadir Kuchay of Barsoo Awantipora was partially damaged.
