Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 11; Ek Saath Rang Mandal (ESRM) today presented it's 377th Monday theatre with Vijay Malla's new Nukad" Bal Muzdoori" under Monday theatre series at Gandhi Nagar Gole Market Park here. “Why Child Labour is there around us and we are helpless. Even we never react and are careless towards this reality''. ``Being responsible members of the society we must discourage this evil'' was the theme of the Nukad. A group of young people have decided to fight against this evil as and when they find tender children working as Child Laborer, they reacted and created awareness among others against this problem. They asked the people of all walks that why they are encouraging Child Labour after knowing the reality . ``But unfortunately they are put in dangerous factories where they are trapped by different disease's in their tender age. Such kind of practices is totally illegal and the owner can be prosecuted as per law. If asked the real cause of Child Labour the people say it is because of poverty which to some extent is not true it is because they prefer child labour which is cheaper than adult labour. Moreover child labour gives more hours of work than adult labour In India there are five crore of Children working as laborers according to a survey and when we compare this ratio with unemployed labour number is same. Simply if we stop Child labour then only five crore people will get same job. Illiteracy and lack of awareness among people is also a big cause for it. Then certain poor communities who are trapped in intoxication and drug addiction don't want to earn and they replace their small children for their earnings, which is more dangerous for our nation and society. Two Such agents are caught by this organization who are working as commission agents for different people to provide them children for work as laborers. They have confessed their guilt and promised not to indulge in such kind of work. ``We appeal all of you to search and highlight such cases of Children who are working as Child Labour in different places and report immediately to the concerned authorities. Actors who performed were Kanta Sharma, Pardeep Shandley, Gopal Singh Raju Mad, Ashok Sharma and Vijay Malla. The play was written and Directed by Vijay Malla.
