SRINAGAR, May 15: The State Cabinet today accorded the sanction to increase Dearness Allowenace (DA) in favour of State Government employees, Pensioners and Family Pensioners.
An official spokesman said here this afternoon said the cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah accorded the sanction to enhance an installment of DA for State Government Employees, Pensioners and Family Pensioners from 72 per cent to 80 per cent from January 1, 2013.
The DA arrears will be paid from January 2013 to April 2013 in cash to the State Government employees in the month of May 2013. (AGENCIES)
