JAMMU, Feb 28: The Taushi Branch (Shakha) of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), J&K here today organized an Ayush Health Camp at Ban Tallab in collaboration with Ayush Department and Anganwadi Center, Gandhi Nagar (A), Ban Tallab.
Speaking on the occasion Ajay Khajuria, president, Taushi Branch stressed upon for adopting the guidelines of Ayurveda for living a healthy life.
He lauded the efforts by Faqir Chand, former Sarpanch, Ban Tallab and Sushil Bhola, Ayurved Pramukh, Taushi branch for organizing the Health Camp.
Dr. Amardeep Kaur and Dr. Jitendra Kaur, who examined the patients during the Camp were assisted by Dr. Surbhi, Intern and Pharmacists-Shahdeep and T.S Raghav.
Medicines were given free of cost during the Camp.
Patients requiring further examination or treatment were referred to concerned specialists at Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Jammu.
Other members of Taushi branch who attended the Camp were Jagmohan Sharma, secretary; Chandermohan Sharma, Sanskar Pramukh; Vinod Kumar, joint secretary; Parmod Kohli, member and Raghubinder Singh, member.
