Sir,
I wonder why always army and police is blamed for civilian killings during an encounter. A bullet doesn’t carry a name tag. Besides, the army has already made it clear that assisting a terrorist is tantamount to terrorism. The terrorists are equally to be blamed for those “stray bullets”. It is high time we recognised terrorism of every form and opposed its perpetrators. It’s only after we’ve done our part, that we can expect peaceful solution to our issues.
