BPCL launches ‘Champion of Champions’ scheme for petrol pump managers

JAMMU, June 11: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a fortune 500 company and pioneer in the retailing of fuels with modern infrastructure, has launched a scheme titled ‘Champion of Champions’ for the managers of the petrol pumps in the state of J&K.
The managers of any petrol pump act as a bridge between the customers and the company and often remain at the background. The managers of the petrol pumps are the backbone of the petrol pump business and remain unsung while managing day to day activities and also providing services to the customers.
The scheme was launched by Territory Manager Retail, Rajesh Sharma and other BPCL officers, Dushyant Sharma and Mayur Mehta at Bahu Plaza office of BPCL in Jammu. The scheme has been named as ‘Champion of Champions’ scheme and will be running from June to Sep 2018.
The winning managers of the scheme will be taken on an air ride to Delhi by BPCL where they will be facilitated as per their performances. It’s one of its kind initiatives launched by BPCL in the stake of J&K exclusively for petrol pump managers and this will further motivate the managers to serve the customers in the best way.
