UDHAMPUR, Feb 3: A 14-year-old boy drowned in a water tank near his house at Joffer Village here on Friday, police sources said.
They said that Parveen Kumar son of Kali Dass of Joffer Morha in Tehsil Ramnagar was found in a water tank near his house under suspicious conditions.
“The family members of the deceased fished out his body from the water tanker,” they said.
Police have launched inquest proceedings, police sources said.
