RAJOURI, Apr 30: A minor was drowned in a Nallah in Kandi area of district Rajouri today.
The deceased has been identified as 16-year-old Liaqat Ali, son of Mohd Shafi, resident of Panjnara village near Mandir Galla in tehsil Kotranka. The boy had gone to a water mill for grinding food grains. He went to take bath in the nearby Nallah and drowned there. The people of the area came to know about it and informed police. Later, his dead body was fished out after long efforts by cops and locals of the area.
