JAMMU, Dec 23: Nagrota Police foiled bovines smuggling bid.
As per police sources, on reliable information a team from Police Station Nagrota led by SHO Inspector Vishap Pratap Singh under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Parupkar Singh laid a naka near TCP Nagrota and intercepted a vehicle bearing registration number JK02BH-7542.
During checking, police team rescued 8 bovine animals and seized the vehicle.
A case FIR Number 467/2021 under Sections 188 IPC and 11 PCA has been registered at Police Station Nagrota and investigation started.
