MANDI, Apr 27: The police seized a Tata Mobile vehicle, loaded with bovine animals on Loran Mandi road in Poonch and arrested the smuggler.
A police spokesman said that during naka, a police party led by Prob DSP, Mudasar Trabu (SHO Mandi) intercepted a Tata Mobile vehicle near Mandi but the driver jumped the naka and speed away. The police chased the vehicle and seized. Two bovine animals were rescued and the vehicle seized. The driver smuggling the animals, was also arrested. He has been identified as Mohd Sayeed Khan from Chandak in Poonch. A case was registered against him.
