REASI, Nov 4: Police today arrested a bootlegger from Mahore area and seized 47 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
During checking at Malayi Morh by a police team under the supervision Dy SP Mujeeb Ur Rehman, SDPO Mahore, 31 poly pouches measuring 250/250 ml each and 16 poly pouches measuring 350/350 ml each of J&K Excise liquor were recovered from the possession of Rajinder Singh alias Loli of Mahore who was on way towards Mahore. The accused person was arrested and the recovered liquor was seized. In this connection, a case FIR No. 78/2017 U/S 48-(a) J&K Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Mahore.
