JAMMU, Oct 22: Senior BJP leader and former Minister, Bali Bhagat has lambasted the senior NC leader Farooq Abdullah for his statement alleging that hate has become weapon to win elections in India.
Bhagat said that going through his (Farooq) role during crisis in the valley, first and foremost Farooq Abdullah should be booked by registering a case against him.
In a statement issued here today, the former Minister Bali Bhagat said that it is really an irony that Farooq has in way threatened the people not to come to Kashmir but he preferred not to utter a single word against the killing of members of minority communities in Kashmir Valley.
Asserting that Farooq Abdullah in fact is himself the mastermind of hatred, the former minister said what good could be expected from the former CM and MP who has been the founder member of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front. He reminded that Farooq Abdullah is the person who first left Kashmir Valley in 1989 and flew to London as he was aware of the separatist game plan knowing well what was going to happen to minorities and it would not be wrong to state that he was part and parcel of this barbaric game plan.
The senior BJP leader accused Farooq Abdullah of maintaining double standards saying one thing in Kashmir and different thing in Jammu to befool the people for garnering votes.
Bali Bhagat appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to be beware about the nefarious designs of such canny leaders who adopt double standards and emotionally blackmail the general masses.
