He alleged that both ruling National Conference and Congress have failed to address the grievances of the comman man. He said BJP MLAs tried their best to raise the problems in the Assembly and sought Government’s intervention in various issues like granting citizenship rights to the West Pakistan refugees, proper rehabilitation and compensation to PoK refugees and those of 1965, problems of displaced KPs, grant of ownership rights to the tenants of Evacuees Property and disbanding of Custodian Department, implementation of 73rd and 74th amendments of the Indian constitution in the state but NC-Congress Government ignored and disallowed their bill and the adjournment motions.

Speaking on the occasion leader of the BJP Legislature Ashok Khajuria said nationalist youth of the state at no cost would allow the anti national designs of NC-Congress to be fulfilled.
Speaking at the inaugural function of the Yuva Adhikar Yatra BJYM State President Ravinder Rana accused the State Government of ignoring scores of problems being faced by students and unemployed youth of the state, and criticised its new recruitment policy, terming it illogical , outrageous, whimsical, and ludicrous besides being violation of fundamental guarantees enshrined in our Constitution and on other hand the rehabilitation policy of the State Government to patronize the terrorist is a dangerous move which will discourage the youth in the State.
