BJP to launch ‘Nuw Sanzh’ to reach out people in Kashmir

SRINAGAR, Feb 19: With an aim to reach out people in far-flung areas, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unit Kashmir here, today announced that it would launch ‘Nuw Sanzh’ program in Kashmir to boost trust among people.
Party’s media In-charge, Manzoor Bhat said the program aims to boost party’s trust among people and would be started from first week of March.
The Nuw Sanzh’ programme, he said is aimed to resolve pending issues of people and stating that previous Governments had failed resolve those problems.
He said today, the meeting was held under the chairmanship of BJP’s UT general secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul and party’s senior leaders and workers were present in it.
Bhat said both senior leaders and workers would be sent to each and every block in the Kashmir division, so that issues of the people would be resolved.
“People are facing problems including health, education and other issues in every corner of the Valley. The program would be first such initiative by any party to reach out people in such a way,” he said.
Bhat said that novel initiative is meant to address the people’s issues that have remained unresolved over the years.
“We would act as bridge between people and the Government. Such initiatives are need of the hour and we hope that it would help the people in the long run,” he said.
The party spokesman said that all the arrangement have been made by the party leaders and timetable for meeting the leaders would be communicated to people later.
