NOWSHERA, Dec 15: Intensifying his campaign Congress nominee from Nowshera constituency Ravinder Sharma (MLC) has said that BJP Govt at the Centre has sabotaged the interests of refugees and flood affected people of the State for vested interests.
Addressing series of public meetings at Channi Parat, Kangri and other areas of Nowshera constituency Mr Sharma criticized Central Government for turning down the package of refugees and the proposal of State Government for the relief and rehabilitation of flood victims. He said that Congress has ensured equitable development and safeguarded the interests of Jammu region in coalition Government in all respects. He appealed to the people to give clear mandate to Congress party in the State to carry forward the era of development in all three regions of the State.
He said that BJP is spreading false propaganda and failed to come up to promises on any front, rather backtracking on various issues and promises. He said that Congress is a force to reckon with in the Country and three regions of the State and hoped that people would give clear mandate to Congress in the State to serve them and take care of welfare of every section of the society. He said that he has been serving the people of Nowshera-Sunderbani for the last five years as MLC and assured the people that he will leave no stone unturned to come up to their expectations, if elected.
Shah Mohd Choudhary, PCC general secretary and Kuldeep Kumar Pangotra, Chairman Legal Cell J&K PCC also accompanied Ravinder Sharma in the campaign.
