SRINAGAR, Feb 7: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders met the acid attack victim and her family members in SMHS Hospital, Srinagar. While they assured her all help from the BJP’s side, they also assured her of the strictest action on the culprits.
Rekha Sharma, in charge BJP’s Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhiyan J&K UT along with DDC Member, Dr. Farida Khan, Advocate Minha Bhat and other senior leaders today visited the SMHS Hospital, Srinagar and met the acid attack victim and her family members.
Rekha Sharma assured the victim’s family that BJP fully stands with the daughter and her family in this difficult hour. She assured her all help from the BJP’s side and also assured her of the strictest action on the culprits. She said that the perpetrators of the heinous crime will definitely be punished very harshly, creating an example for the other evil minded persons.
Dr. Farida Khan assured the victim and her family that they will not be left alone and said that it is a pity that such acts in today’s civilized society.
